Terms & Conditions – Enhanced Scalp (Canada)
By booking services with Enhanced Scalp, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Deposits
* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
* This deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
* If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The original deposit remains non-refundable.
2. Service Policy & Refunds
* All services are non-refundable once completed.
* A thorough consultation and consent process is conducted prior to treatment. You will review and approve your hairline design, density, and shading approach.
* Once treatment begins, it is considered final. Dissatisfaction after completion does not qualify for a refund, as pre-treatment approval was given.
3. Payments
* All services must be paid in full on the day of the appointment.
* We accept credit card, debit card, and cash.
4. Client Responsibility
* Clients must arrive on time and in suitable condition for their appointment.
* Any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or contraindications must be disclosed during consultation.
5. Intellectual Property
* All images, videos, branding, and content on the Enhanced Scalp website or social media belong exclusively to Enhanced Scalp.
* Use, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
